Introducing "Birthday Party," a delightful hand-dyed yarn that encapsulates the joyous spirit of celebration. This enchanting yarn features an intricate blend of bright speckles in vibrant hues of blue, pink, gold, green, and purple, each reminiscent of the festive decorations that adorn a birthday bash. The base is elegantly laced with gold stallina sparkle, adding a touch of shimmer that catches the light beautifully. Washed in soft pastel tones, it harmonizes perfectly with the typical colors found at birthday festivities, evoking memories of cake, balloons, and laughter. Whether used for knitting, crocheting, or crafting, this yarn brings a cheerful, celebratory vibe to any project.
A Heap Of Sheep Yarn uses super soft ethically sourced merino wool yarn. By combining high quality fiber and a dynamic hand dyed yarn style, I can help elevate your project vision!
“Birthday Party” variegated color way with gold stellina! This yarn base is 84/16 Superwash merino wool and stellina in a 3 ply fingering weight. ** please note this color way is hand speckled and will have a lot of variances where the color is placed, and the depth of the color based on when it is dyed **
The skeins are all hand-dyed, by myself, using professional acid dyes and high-quality soft yarns.
Although dyed in small batches with the same process, different fibers and artistic mood create a unique finished yarn. Please look carefully at the pictures to be sure you choose the fiber and variation that best suits your project. There is no dye lot for a hand dyed yarn as each skein is unique as it is created! Each skein is truly one of a kind!
It is recommended that you alternate skeins during your knitting or crochet project, to blend out variances that occur within the yarns.
The price is for one skein of 100 g with approximately 370 yards in length each.
Super Wash Merino wool is known to be machine washable, but I still recommend hand washing and laying flat to dry to extend the life of the yarn and your project! I carefully rinse and wash the yarn after the dye process, but it is still possible a small amount of color may bleed out in the first wash.
Please reach out with any questions or concerns before you place your order.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within Canada only. Approval of return or exchange for an unused, non-caked yarn is within seven days of receiving your item. For specific questions or detailed information regarding the process, please contact me directly, I will be happy to assist you with any inquiries you may have.
Please understand that color may vary slightly from images due to lighting or screen settings. I do my very best to represent the yarn color and tones on different bases as they also produce different tones with absorption and fibers. Should you have any concerns or questions, please reach out before you order.
