Shipping/Processing

Your item(s) will ship from our studio in Strathmore, Alberta, Canada typically within 7 to 9 business days from the time of your order. Processing times may differ when ordering larger quantities, pre-orders, any approved custom requests or caking service is requested.  Please reach out to me before placing your order if you need clarification on processing/shipping time. Rest assured, shipping confirmation and tracking will be provided for each package, and if multiple shipments are made. 

Expected Delivery is 3-10 Business Days, once your order leaves our dye studio. Customs may cause further delays, which are out of our control.  Our yarn has been approved through our shipping broker to be EXEMPT FROM TARIFFS, under the free trade agreement made in 2020. In any unknown circumstances, extra fees, duty, taxes, tariffs or customs charges encored are the full responsibility of the customer.

READY TO SHIP ITEMS

Our ready to ship yarn will ship within 3 business days after purchase is complete. Should you have any questions about the photos of the exact yarn you will be receiving please make sure to message prior to purchase.
