Refunds/Returns

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, if there's something missing, if the expectation of the fiber or color way is off, please reach out! I love to hear from you so I can make it right, I want you to be happy with your purchase!

Returns are subject to approval and are limited to a 30 day window from date of purchase. Any of the yarn purchased that has been wound/caked is not eligible for returns.

Please contact me at sales@aheapofsheepyarn.ca if there is an issue with your purchase so we may discuss the correct method needed in order to get you working on your next fiber project!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the original condition that you received it ( unless it has been wound/caked )

Once approved, the cost of returning the item(s) is at the responsibility of the purchaser. Any additional shipping costs that were incurred at time of purchase are non-refundable (any upgraded postage)

A credit to use on www.aheapofsheepyarn.ca will be sent once we receive the product in our studio and all previous conditions have been met. If you are returning item(s) from outside Canada and customs charges are incurred by A Heap Of Sheep Yarn, these costs will be deducted from the original purchase amount. We are happy to provide evidence of such costs. All refunds are calculated in Canadian funds. The refund/return process can take anywhere from 3-7 business days to process.

Any items not returned in their original condition or after the 30 day window will not be credited. Please contact sales@aheapofsheepyarn.ca before shipping your item back. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item, and if the return is approved. If it is approved, your refund will be processed, by shop credit automatically applied to your account at aheapofsheeptarn.ca to use it a future date.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend  using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
